Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions. We hope you find the answers helpful.Q: What is included with the cost of my course?
A: The course tuition covers the course itself, materials, a continental breakfast, lunch and light snack in the afternoon, depending on the location. Class fees DO NOT include accommodations, airfare or other travel costs. However, we do have negotiated rates with hotels that host our courses or that are close by.
Q: How far is my location from the airport? How can I get to the course location from the airport?
A: CfPIE courses are conveniently located near major airports, and transportation to and from the course site is readily available. Please consult our course locations and transportation page to find the airport closest to you.
Q: What is the closest airport to Malvern, PA?
A: Malvern, PA is 25 miles northwest of the Philadelphia airport and is conveniently located close to major highways, including Rte. 95, the PA Turnpike and Routes 202 & 476. Please visit our locations and transportation page to find out more specific details.
Q: Why doesn't CfPIE publish the names of its Course Directors?
A: CfPIE secures the top minds in industry to develop and direct our programs. As our Course Directors are in such high demand, they are often bombarded with unsolicited advancements and questions. For this reason, we do not publish their names on our site or in our literature. However, we can send you complete Course Director bios upon formal request. Simply send your request to us and we will reply quickly with bios.
Q: What time does my course start/finish?
A: On the first day of class, registration starts at 8:30am, with the course starting promptly at 9:00am. Courses will run until 5:00pm each day, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation or in the course description online. Regardless, we recommend that departing flight or train tickets be booked no earlier than 7:30pm on the final day of class to avoid airport hassles and traffic.

Q: What kind of discounts do you offer for multiple enrollments?
A: A 10 % discount is available when multiple attendees from the same company or organization register at the same time for the same course offering. The primary registrant is charged the full tuition and additional registrants are provided with the 10% discount. Registrants who utilize the discount must identify the primary registrant in the space provided on the registration page.
Also, if you register for two courses at one time, you receive a 10% discount for both courses.
