Biography
Matt Peplowski, M.S., is the founder, owner, and principal consultant at BioPharm Error Prevention Associates, Inc. (www.bepa-inc.com). He has over 30 years of GMP Manufacturing, Quality, Learning & Development leadership, and consulting experience at large and small, commercial and clinical biopharm companies, including Genzyme, Abbott Laboratories, Sanofi, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Celldex Therapeutics, Bristol Myers Squibb, and many more. Matt was the former lead GMP instructor at Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and has presented for the International Pharmaceutical Academy and Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). Matt has an MS in Biology from Northeastern University, a BA in Secondary Education from Boston College, and a BS in Biology from Boston College. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and PDA, and a certified GMP Training Manager and Performance Consultant.
Matt has helped numerous companies as a leader or consultant by designing and delivering engaging, effective learning solutions, implementing targeted competency-based training frameworks, designing and implementing human error prevention strategies, and more. He is a subject matter expert in L&D, cGMP, Quality Systems, Human Error Prevention, GxP instructions writing, Investigations & CAPA, Data Integrity, and more.
