Biography

Mihika Bhatt is a knowledgeable industry professional with over 20 years’ experience across the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Her background encompasses Technical Operations, CMC, Operational Excellence (OpEx), internal and external manufacturing, product and process development, validation, and product quality within GMP-regulated environments.

She has led global aseptic manufacturing operations, with hands-on cleanroom experience, investigation leadership, and a focus on strengthening aseptic discipline, harmonizing best practices, and reducing contamination risk. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with cross-functional teams to support compliant manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives and has been recognized for contributions to manufacturing excellence and patient-focused outcomes.

Mihika holds a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University (India).
