Mihika Bhatt is a knowledgeable industry professional with over 20 years’ experience across the biopharmaceutical, cell & gene therapy, and medical device industries. Her background encompasses Technical Operations, CMC, Operational Excellence (OpEx), internal and external manufacturing, product and process development, validation, and product quality within GMP-regulated environments.

She has led global aseptic manufacturing operations, with hands-on cleanroom experience, investigation leadership, and a focus on strengthening aseptic discipline, harmonizing best practices, and reducing contamination risk. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with cross-functional teams to support compliant manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives and has been recognized for contributions to manufacturing excellence and patient-focused outcomes.

Mihika holds a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University (India).
